Business case support and review

HGHCP understand that development of a business case, although often seen as a major task in its own rite, should simply be the appropriate documentation of an effective process as it happens. This process  – the business case process – is intended to define a problem; outline the options available to address it; appraise the relative merits of each in turn; and through a clear and rational analysis of all relevant factors (financial and non-financial) to present a preferred future position.

We often refer to the business case as “the story of a journey” and have extensive experience of supporting all relevant elements from a service, facilities and financial perspective.
