• We will never do anything that harms our clients either directly or indirectly
• We will never create dependence by us on our clients or by our clients on us
• We will always freely support knowledge transfer
• We will always maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all that we do
• We will always anticipate and avoid conflicts of interest
• We will always treat others the way we would want them to treat us
