Higher Ground Health Care Planning Ltd (HGHCP) is an exciting ethical consultancy business that brings together health, social care, emergency services and third sector expertise into a single portfolio consultancy company. It was formed in 2015 by extremely experienced former senior public sector professionals who continue to be driven by a strong commitment to UK public services and those services internationally that share similar values and objectives.

We recognise that the future of effective public sector service provision is joint working, employing a growing team of dedicated professionals from a range of relevant backgrounds to help our clients realise this agenda.

Our founding team have supported literally hundreds of relevant projects across the public and private sectors in the UK and further afield.

Health, social care and emergency services planning requires the same process and discipline as other technical advisory services. It is a science –  not an art. That’s why the first thing HGHCP do on any new project is to develop an agreed project plan that states both required inputs and outputs in terms of information, technical advice and reporting.

We always make our information requirements and timescales clear and ensure that our clients are aware of what we need them to provide and why.

Through our experience and efficiency of process we then pass all of the accrued savings on to our clients in the form of shorter delivery timescales and lower costs but with no degradation in quality.

HGHCP are also proud to establish ourselves as an ethical consultancy, with clear guidelines around “the way we do business”.
